Use Account Information to view or update your account profile.
To get to Account Information, from your e-mail, click Options, click Account, and then click Edit in the Account Information box. When you finish adding or updating information, click Save.
Use this section to record your first name, middle initial, last name, and the display name for your account.
- First name, Initial, Last name

This information is optional. You can edit these boxes to update or change the name associated with your account.
- Display name

This is the name of your account that appears in the shared address book, in public groups, and in messages in the To and From boxes. This is required.
- E-mail address or Microsoft ID

This is what you use to sign in to your account. The e-mail address or Microsoft ID consists of your alias, which appears to the left side of the at (@) symbol, and the domain suffix of your domain, such as "contoso.com", which appears on the right side. You can't change your alias or the name of your domain.
Use this section to record your contact information.

Use this section to record your contact numbers:
- Work phone
- Fax
- Home phone
- Mobile phone
Your fax and home phone numbers are not displayed in the Account Information box under Account. The Account Information box shows only a quick summary of your account information.
