Use the General tab to control how names in messages you send are resolved. Also use the General tab to optimize Outlook Web App for accessibility.
To use the General tab, go to Options > See All Options > Settings > General.
Use this section to control which set of names is used first when resolving recipient names in a new message.
Global address list
Select this option to use the shared address book first.
Select this option to use Contacts first. Only the default Contacts folder is used.
Accessibility provides support for blind or low vision users.
Use the blind and low vision experience
Select this option to use the light version of Outlook Web App, which is optimized for blind or low vision users. You may have to sign out and then sign back in using a new Web browser window to switch to the light version.
