You can use Outlook Web App to print messages, tasks, your calendar, and appointments from your mailbox.

How do I print an item?

You can use the same steps to print messages, tasks, or an item from your calendar.

  1. Open the item you want to print.
  2. In the toolbar, click print to print.
  3. A preview of the item and a print window will open.
  4. Select the printer you want to use.
  5. Click Print or OK.
  6. Close the preview of the item.
  7. Close the item when you're done with it.

How do I print my calendar?

  1. To print your calendar in day, week, or month format, go to your calendar and click the print icon in the toolbar.
  2. Select the options you want.
  3. Click Print.

What else do I need to know?

  • You have to be connected to a printer before you can print an item.
  • Printing contacts isn't supported at this time.
