Exchange Control Panel - Manage Another User

Administrators and helpdesk personnel can view and change Outlook Web App options for other users.

You must be a member of the built-in Organization Management or Help Desk role group. To add users to the Help Desk role group, see Add Users to the Help Desk Role Group.

To access this tool, click Options in Outlook Web App. Select Another User from the drop-down in the header bar.

No access to the user's Inbox is allowed, just the options available in the Exchange Control Panel.

Important OLSync is the synchronization solution for Microsoft Live@edu customers. If you are running a cloud-based e-mail service with Microsoft Office 365 for enterprises, you must use the Microsoft Online Services Directory Synchronization tool to synchronize your directories.
