When you sign in to Outlook Web App, you may get this error in your Web browser if you're running Internet Explorer 7 or a later version.
HTTP 500 Internal Error
Liveld authentication code has returned error 0x8004920a, indicating that there is a problem with your server configuration. Please check the Application Event Log for detailed information and correct the problem.
Click Tools > Delete Browsing History.
In the Temporary Internet Files section, select Delete files.
In the Cookies section, select Delete cookies.
Click Yes when you're prompted to delete.
Sign in to your e-mail by opening a new browser window.
