How do I set up POP or IMAP e-mail on a BlackBerry Curve?

From the BlackBerry home screen, click BlackBerry Setup > Set up Internet E-mail > Add An Email Account.

Type your e-mail address and password, and then click Next.

If your BlackBerry device can't determine the appropriate server settings, click I will provide the settings to add this email account.

Scroll down and then click Next.

Select Internet Service Provider Email (POP/IMAP), and then click Next.

Type your user name (for example, tony@contoso.com).

Scroll down and type the name of your e-mail server. For information about how to find your incoming (POP3 or IMAP4) server name, see the "What else do I need to know?" section below.

Click Next.

Enter the name of the outgoing server. For information about how to find your outgoing (SMTP) server name, see "What else do I need to know?" below.

Click OK to complete the setup.

To find your POP3 or IMAP4 server name, sign in to your account at the following address: http://outlook.com. After you sign in successfully, click the drop-down arrow next to the Help question mark, and then click About. The POP3 or IMAP4 server name you need to enter is listed on the About page under External POP setting or External IMAP setting.
For example, if you're using POP and the About page shows the following:
External POP setting:
Server name: pod51005.outlook.com
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL
your POP3 server name is pod51005.outlook.com.
If you're using IMAP and the About page shows the following:
External IMAP setting:
Server name: pod51005.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL
