This URL may not resolve if you are accessing the site through a corporate proxy server that is outside Redmond. If the URL doesn't resolve when you are logged on to the Microsoft corporate network, configure the following settings in Windows Internet Explorer:
In Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Connections tab.
On the Connections page, click LAN settings. On the Local Area Network (LAN) Settings page, in the Proxy server area, configure the following settings:
Select Use a proxy server for your LAN. In the Address field, type itgproxy.redmond.corp.microsoft.com . Leave the default value 80 in the Port field.
Verify that the Bypass proxy server for local addresses check box is not selected.
If you still can't connect after you configure Internet Explorer to use the itgproxy proxy server, clear all the check boxes on the Local Area Network (LAN) Settings page and try connecting again.
