You can send a meeting request to a contact while you're viewing that person's contact information from the Reading Pane or from an open contact.

In the Navigation Pane, click
Contacts.

Find and click the contact you want to send a meeting request to. When selected, the contact will be highlighted.

Click New Meeting Request to Contacts
to open a new meeting request form with the contact on the To line.

Add meeting details including the date and time, subject, and location. For more information about how to create meeting requests, see Request a Meeting.

Click
Send or press ALT+S.
You can select multiple adjacent contacts to which to send a meeting request by holding down the SHIFT key and clicking the first contact, and then clicking the last contact to select all contacts in between. You can select multiple non-adjacent contacts by holding down the CTRL key and clicking each contact you want to select. After you make your selections, click New Meeting Request to Contacts
to open a new meeting request form addressed to the contacts you selected.
