If you don't use the reading pane, you need to open a group to see all the information associated with it. For more information about the reading pane, see Arrange Items.
How do I open a group?

In the Navigation Pane, click
Contacts.

Find and highlight the group you want to open.

Press ENTER on your keyboard, double-click the group, or click
Edit on the toolbar to open the group.

Click
Save and Close or press CTRL+S before you close the browser window for the group form.
