Use the External Contacts tab to manage external contacts. External contacts represent people outside your organization who can be added to distribution groups and displayed in your organization's address book and other address lists. External contacts have e-mail addresses outside your organization and can't sign in to your domain.
To create a new external contact, click New. For details, see Create a New External Contact.
After you create an external contact, you can make changes. For more information, see Change External Contact Properties.
To delete an external contact, select the contact and then click .
Click to refresh the list of external contacts.

If you don't see the external contact you're looking for in the list, type the appropriate keywords and then click .
