You can open meetings you've previously created and make changes.

How do I modify a meeting?

  1. Find and open the original meeting request in your calendar.
  2. Make changes to the To, Optional, Resources, Start time, End time, or Location boxes.
  3. If there was a scheduling conflict with one or more attendees, click Scheduling Assistant to see possible times and availability. This will help you find a more convenient time.
  4. To send the update to all attendees, click sendSend Update.
